1. Booking Facilitation

We act as a consultancy service to help you secure accommodations in Rishikesh ashrams. Once a booking is confirmed and the service fee is paid, the following terms apply regarding cancellations.

2. Cancellation Timeline

• Cancellations 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount (excluding service fees) may be refundable, subject to specific ashram rules.
• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival: No refunds will be provided for late cancellations as ashram rooms are held specifically for your pilgrimage.
• No-Shows: If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled date, the booking will be considered cancelled without a refund.

3. Service Fees

The service fee charged by Rishikesh Pilgrim Help for consultancy, coordination, and administrative assistance is non-refundable under any circumstances, as the service is rendered at the time of booking facilitation.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method or a bank account provided by the user. Any transaction charges or bank fees incurred during the refund will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Changes to Bookings

If you wish to reschedule your visit, please contact us at least 10 days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to room availability at the ashram and may incur an additional processing fee.
